Group Workouts (all abilities!)

GROUP WORKOUTS:
Dates: Tuesdays, Starting in January
Time: 6:00 PM
Place: 1 Main St, Burlington, starting at OnTrack, map here
Details: Coach Kasie will be leading group workouts during the winter, starting at OnTrack. OnTrack will provide access to locker room facilities. Please join us! These workouts are geared toward the next upcoming Grand Prix race distance and may range from long tempo runs to fartleks to hill workouts to 800m repeats and everything in between.

DISTANCE RUNS:
Dates: Sundays year round
Time: 8:00 A.M.
Place: Twin Oaks on Farrell Street  (map)
Details: Choose from a variety of groups running between 4 and 18 miles; free use of showers and pool. This event is in partnership with RunVermont. Myers Bagels donates free bagels!

INTERVALS:
Dates: Wednesdays mid April through mid October
Time: 6:00 P.M.
Place: Fort Ethan Allen parade grounds, along VT15 in Essex (map)
Details: Meet at the gazebo. Different workout each week. Hard packed cinder paths loop through the park. Shady in the summer.

CATAMOUNT CROSS COUNTRY RUNS:
Dates: Tuesdays, in the summer between Memorial Day and the end of September
Time: 6:15 p.m.
