|COURSE:||5K entirely on dirt trails through the wooded Red Rocks Park. The course is gently rolling with a couple overlooks of Lake Champlain. Examining the map below - runners race the left loop, then the right loop and then do the left loop again before heading back to the finish. Excellent footing.|
|TEAMS:||USATF team scoring: team members each get a score correspinding to their finish place. Scores are added up to get a team score. Women open, men open, master, and senior require 5 runners for a team score and all other divisions require 3 runners for a team score. Runners must have a current USATF membership and be part of a USATF team to score. USATF will have an officer on site to aid with registration. Runners can also sign up for USATF membership with a credit card online.|

|REGISTRATION:||Pre-registration encouraged, fill out form located here or register online (online registration closes Aug 7). Race day
registration at Red Rocks Park in South Burlington, Vermont. All runners
are welcome to race, whether or not they are part of a USATF team.
Registration ends at 8:30 - please plan to arrive early!
|DIRECTIONS:||Take Interstate 89 until exit 13. At the end of Interstate 189 take route 7 south. Take a quick right onto Queen City Park Road. After the narrow bridge, turn left to the park entrance. Parking is free for runners.|
