| COURSE: | Certified (VT02007WN and VT02008WN) 5K and 10K are both out and back on Cochran Road, starting and finishing at the historic Round Church. The courses are all paved with a few rolling hills. |
| REGISTRATION: | Pre-registration only for the race, fill out form located here or register online (online registration closes Aug 23).Early bird packet pickup at the Skirack Friday, August 24th from 4:00-6:00pm.Race morning packet pickup at the Round Church 7:30-8:15am, in the parking field to the North side of the church. |
| DIRECTIONS: | Take Interstate 89 to exit 11. Take route 2 east to light in Richmond village. Turn right and go over the railroad tracks. Parking will be on your left at the Round Church parking field to the North side of the church. Overflow parking is also available at Volunteer's Green park and at the Washburns parking lots. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE ROAD IN FRONT OF THE CHURCH. |

Optional women's tech shirt $13 shirts are only guaranteed to the first 100 registering, first come first serve for size selection (GMAA members subtract $1 from entry fee) |

| PRIZES: | Top three runners and first walker (5K only) in each race. A random draw will include all participants. |
