| COURSE: | 5K on paved surface and flat out (south) and back (north) on South Street (certified:VT08001RF) |
| REGISTRATION: | Pre-registration encouraged, fill out form located here before Jul 4 or register online (online registration closes Jul 4). We are using a timing service this year, and the more pre-registered runners we can have the better! Race day registration at Folsom School in South Hero, Vermont. (7:15 a.m.) Come early! Day of registration closes at 8:15. |
| DIRECTIONS: | From the West: Take the ferry to route 2 east. In South Hero village turn right onto South St. Folsom School will be on your left in a 1/4 mile.
From the East: Take route 2 west (exit 17 off Interstate 89). In South Hero village turn left onto South St. Folsom School will be on your left in a 1/4 mile. |
| KIDS RACE: | A free 1/4 mile kids' race will be held in the schoolyard before the 5K at 8:15a.m. |
| ENTRY FEE: | $15 Pre-registration/ $20 race day (GMAA members subtract $1) T-shirt included |
| PRIZES: | 1st Male and Female in each race; others by random drawing |
| BENEFIT: | South Hero Rescue Squad and GMAA |
