South Burlington, VT Weather: sunny and no humidity with temperatures in the mid 50s

Summary: A record 111 runners completed this year's race in ideal weather. In a highly competitive men's race Indiana, Pennsylvania's runners got the best of the locals and took the top three spots. A.J. Kelly led Eric Kruttschnitt and Jorge Medina in times of 15:58, 16:08, and 16:10 respectively. The women's race, also competitive, featured all local runners. Megan Valentine won her second GMAA race of the year ahead of Johannah Ludington and Kelsey Allen in times of 19:22, 19:45, and 20:01. Four age group records fell - Betty Lacharite set the mark for women's 70s with a 31:59, Mike Early shaved 2 seconds off the men's 40s record with a 17:06, Norm Larson took 1:24 off the men's 50s record with a 17:12, and Bert Moffatt took nearly 6 minutes of the men's 70s record with a 24:56.
