Race director comments: Another extremely hot day kept the times slow for this year's race. [2nd and 9th place team times were off last year's pace by more than 9 minutes] Dr. John Bland explained what to do if anyone ran into trouble [pun inteded?] which was greatly appreciated. Since this is the last year we will be organizing this race we would like to thank all the volunteers who helped - particularly the Noonans, Lee Blodget, the McGanns and Amy Valentine - for their efforts.
