35th Annual GMAA Art Tudhope 10k Electronic Entry Form

The registration process works like this:

  1. Fill-out the form below. All fields in bold are required.
  2. Press the Submit button located at the bottom of the page. Your entry is not complete until you have pressed the Submit button!
  3. Verify the information on the resulting page. If you need to change anything, simply use the Back button in your browser to come back to this form, make any necessary changes, and then press the Submit button again.
  4. Print the resulting page (so make sure you're using a computer with a printer attached).
  5. Fill-in the Total Due, and sign and date the hard copy.
  6. Mail it to the address which will be provided, or bring it with you to on-site registration (Friday evening for Green Mountain Marathon and Round Church Women's Run and race day for all other races). You are not considered registered for a race until we have this form and your payment in our hands!
